Return and Refund Policy

At Smillennial, we want you to have a great experience. Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • We have a 14‑day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Returns are accepted only if the item is:

ü  Damaged

ü  Defective

ü  Incorrect (wrong item received)

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please contact us at:

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

(Note: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned due to customer error (wrong address, incorrect order selection)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom‑made products
  • Personal care or hygiene products (where applicable)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to damage or defect, a replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
